Free / Core is free. Premium monthly is charged each month, Premium yearly is charged once per year, and Premium Lifetime is a one-time Stripe payment.
Sign in, open Dashboard → Manage Subscription, and use Stripe’s customer portal. Subscription access continues according to the billing portal’s subscription status.
Use backups / restore points before applying deeper changes. The desktop app includes restore-focused workflows, but no system utility can guarantee every third-party or Windows-side change will be reversible in every environment.

OptiTweaks provides a Windows desktop utility for performance-oriented tweaks, backups, cleanup, startup management, diagnostics, monitoring, and related account/licensing services.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region or have permission from a parent or guardian. Licenses are intended for the account holder and are subject to server-side verification.
Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. Premium Lifetime is a one-time Stripe payment. You can manage supported subscriptions from the Dashboard billing portal, and account access can depend on the billing status reported by Stripe and our licensing backend.
OptiTweaks Premium purchases are eligible for a 7-day refund window unless fraud, abuse, repeated refund misuse, or a payment dispute investigation applies. Refunded digital software access may be revoked after a refund is issued. Contact [email protected] before opening a bank dispute.
Do not reverse-engineer, bypass licensing, attack the service, share account tokens, abuse affiliate/referral tracking, or redistribute the software without permission.
System tweaks can affect Windows behavior. OptiTweaks is provided as-is and should be used with care; create backups / restore points before applying deeper changes.
We may terminate accounts for violations at our discretion.
We process account email, normalized email, optional Discord identity information, session/licensing tokens, plan/subscription status, affiliate/referral records, support messages, review submissions, and device/HWID verification signals needed for licensing and anti-abuse.
Payments and billing portals are processed by Stripe. We store Stripe identifiers and subscription state needed to unlock your plan; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
We use data to authenticate you, send email OTP codes, operate licensing, process checkout/webhooks, manage affiliates, answer support, protect against fraud, and deliver app authorization.
The website uses secure cookies plus limited localStorage for referral attribution, checkout return flow, dashboard state, and desktop app authorization handoff.
We retain account, subscription, audit, affiliate, support, and security records as needed to operate the product, investigate abuse, comply with obligations, and resolve user requests.

OptiTweaks operates a voluntary affiliate referral programme. Participation is free and open to all registered users.
The public affiliate schedule is tiered: 15% for 0-19 approved valid sales, 20% for 20-49 approved valid sales, and 30% for 50+ approved valid sales. Admin-approved custom commission models may override the public schedule. Commission is calculated from eligible confirmed sales and may exclude taxes, chargebacks, refunds, discounts, fraudulent activity, and other invalid conversions.
All commissions are subject to a mandatory 30-day hold from the date of sale. This hold exists to protect against chargebacks, refund requests, and fraudulent activity. Commissions become available for withdrawal only after the 30-day period has elapsed without issue.
Payouts are made via PayPal to the email address you register in your affiliate dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is £10. Once an affiliate reaches £500 in lifetime commissions, payouts may be locked until Stripe Identity verification, tax declaration submission, and manual review are complete.
You are solely and entirely responsible for declaring all affiliate earnings to HMRC (or the relevant tax authority in your country) and for paying any income tax, National Insurance, or other taxes due. OptiTweaks does not withhold tax and will not provide tax advice. If your total affiliate income in a tax year exceeds £1,000, you are required to register as self-employed and submit a Self Assessment return.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions. Cookie stuffing, misleading advertising, spam, and any fraudulent activity are prohibited.
OptiTweaks reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts and withhold pending commissions where fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms are detected.
We may update commission rates or terms at any time with 30 days' notice to active affiliates.
